As stated in our terms and conditions no in-ear headphones will be allowed- you must be able to hear throughout the event (passing runners, marshals directions etc). Bone conductor headphones can be used- at runners own risk.

Of course, we encourage it! We have dedicated charities who we support but runners may choose their own charity to run for. Please contact the charity of your choice to organise this directly.

Of course, however please ensure you wear appropriate running shoes and that your costume will ensure you can be hydrated appropriately and will not cause you, or others, to become unwell or injured. Please leave large props at home!
